So how do we typically work with a client?

We purchase the brands product, paid by us in full and do not require any credit terms. We then discuss with you improvements to the product listing, these do not need to be acted upon immediately. You are always in the driving seat and there is no obligation or contract for you to make these changes. There are no charges from us either, we do all the work to improve your presence and sales on Amazon for free but the upside for us is almost always an increase in sales for the both of us.

So what are the benefits a brand receives when partnering with us?

If there is no MAP (minimum advertised price) in place and one is required, we will work with the brand to create one and be routinely monitored. Any unauthorised sellers will be recorded.

Should any negative reviews be left by purchasers of the brands product on Amazon we will promptly reply to them all.

We make sure the listing quality is of a high standard with excellent images and well optimised for keywords so that sales are not lost to competitors.

Detailed reports of total sales being achieved on Amazon by all competitors of the brands products with suggestions on strategy to increase and dominate market share.

When we contact brands where we can see their sellers are not doing a good job we often initially get told “we don’t want any more Amazon sellers” …..Our reply to them is “we completely agree that you will be better off with fewer sellers, though it’s important to ensure you have the right sellers”.

Common concerns:

– Poor listing photos and keyword optimisation,

– No response to negative reviews
